Five SEC games shape Saturday's Week 10 slate
AP-ranked matchups involving Missouri, South Carolina, Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Ole Miss and Florida carry conference or CFP stakes.

Five all-SEC games fill Saturday’s Week 10 schedule, with eight AP-ranked teams involved in matchups carrying conference and CFP implications. The rankings cited here are from the AP Poll.
No. 10 Texas visits No. 19 Missouri at 11 a.m. on ESPN. Missouri looked dominant against Florida before falling flat against Ole Miss. This game could determine whether the Tigers remain in the CFP conversation.
At 2 p.m. on ESPN, Texas A&M plays at No. 23 South Carolina. Computer rankings cited by the source rate South Carolina as the best three-loss team, and a 9-3 finish could give the Gamecocks a CFP path if enough other results break their way.
No. 8 Kentucky visits No. 16 Tennessee at 5:15 p.m. on ESPN. Kentucky leads the SEC and would move into the driver’s seat for a conference championship game berth with a victory, while Tennessee is a home underdog trying to preserve its CFP hopes.
ABC carries No. 2 Georgia at No. 12 Ole Miss at 6:30 p.m. Georgia lost to Auburn but remains near the top of the SEC. Ole Miss has home field and quarterback Super Chambliss, who defeated Georgia in the teams’ previous meeting.
Oklahoma closes the SEC portion of the night at No. 25 Florida at 6:45 p.m. on SEC Network. Ben Arbuckle is out as Oklahoma’s offensive coordinator, leaving the Sooners to address John Mateer’s play. Against a Brent Venables defense, Florida will start a freshman quarterback.
